These terms apply to this website and the owner's applications that refer to them. App Store listings, purchase information and any app-specific terms provide additional details about the relevant service.
2. Using the apps
Use the applications lawfully, for their intended purposes and with respect for other people's rights. Do not distribute unlawful content, disrupt services, bypass access controls or misuse the applications.
Your licence to use an app is limited, personal and non-exclusive, subject to applicable App Store usage rules and the licence agreement presented for that app. These terms do not replace an applicable app licence or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
3. Your content & AI features
You retain any rights you have in the text, images and audio you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content and allow it to be processed to provide the feature you request.
Features using OpenAI may produce translations and examples that are inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for the context. Review results before using or sharing them. They are not professional advice or certified translations and should not be the sole basis for consequential decisions.
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be original, exclusive or accurate. How submitted content is processed is described in the privacy policy.
4. Purchases, subscriptions & ads
If an app offers a purchase or subscription, its price, duration, included features, trial availability and renewal conditions are shown before you confirm. Not all apps or features require payment.
App Store purchases are charged to your Apple account according to the purchase information shown. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage subscriptions and check renewal dates in your Apple account settings. If a free trial is offered, check the cancellation deadline shown to avoid a charge.
Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests for purchases through Apple are handled through Apple's channels and applicable rules, without limiting your statutory consumer rights. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription.
RevenueCat helps manage purchase entitlements. Some apps display AdMob advertising. Any ad-free offer and its scope will be described in the relevant purchase information.
5. Third-party services
Some features depend on Firebase, RevenueCat, AdMob, OpenAI, Apple services or an internet connection. Availability, compatibility and usage limits may change. Changes must respect purchased entitlements and applicable consumer rights.
Links to providers offer further information. Their services and websites are also subject to their own terms. The owner remains responsible for any obligations imposed by applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The owner's software, designs and content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Permission to use an app does not transfer ownership. Third-party components and brands belong to their respective owners and are subject to their applicable licences.
Apple, iPhone, iPad and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. This website and its owner are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple.
7. Responsibility & consumer rights
The owner is responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device or in every circumstance is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or statutory rights relating to the conformity of digital content and services.
Users should exercise reasonable care and review generated content. This does not reduce the provider's legal obligations.
8. Privacy & support
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy. Using a service does not, by itself, constitute consent to personalised advertising or tracking.

9. Changes & applicable law
The current version is identified by the revision date. Material changes affecting an existing contractual relationship will be communicated where required and will not apply retroactively to the detriment of acquired rights.
These terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of Andorra, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules that apply in your place of residence. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
