This policy explains how personal data is handled by this website and by the owner's applications that link to this policy. Features, permissions and integrations vary by app. Any app-specific privacy information supplements this policy.
2. Data and purposes
- Support: your email address, message and details you provide, to respond to questions and resolve issues.
- Analytics and diagnostics: usage events, installation identifiers, device information and crash reports, to understand app usage and investigate errors.
- Purchases: app user identifiers, transaction details, products and subscription status, to validate purchases and manage access.
- Advertising: device and network information, IP address, ad interactions and permitted advertising identifiers, to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud.
- AI features: the text, images or audio you submit for translation or examples, and technical information needed to process the request.
Technical identifiers and submitted content may be personal data. Pseudonymous information is not necessarily anonymous.
3. Service providers
Firebase — analytics and crash reporting
Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics help measure app usage and investigate crashes. They may process installation identifiers, usage events, device information and diagnostic logs. Firebase is used for analytics and error reporting. Firebase privacy and security.
RevenueCat — purchases and subscriptions
RevenueCat helps validate transactions and manage subscription entitlements. It may process app user identifiers, purchase records and subscription information. Payments made through the App Store are processed by Apple; the owner does not receive your full payment card number through this process. RevenueCat privacy policy.
Google AdMob — advertising
Apps that display ads use AdMob. Data may include IP address, device information, ad interactions and advertising identifiers where permitted. Personalisation and tracking depend on applicable consent choices and device settings. Non-personalised ads can still involve personal data processing. Google privacy policy.
OpenAI — translations and examples
When you use AI features, submitted text, images or audio is sent to OpenAI to process your request and return a result. This processing takes place outside your device. Avoid submitting sensitive information or other people's data without permission.
OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default unless the customer opts in. Retention varies by service and configuration, including abuse prevention logs and stored application data. This policy does not promise that all submitted content is deleted immediately. OpenAI API data controls.
4. Legal bases & choices
Providing requested features, managing purchases and responding to enquiries may be necessary to perform a contract or take steps at your request. Legal obligations may require certain records to be retained. Security and troubleshooting may rely on legitimate interests where applicable, subject to balancing those interests against your rights.
Where required, optional analytics, personalised advertising, tracking and other consent-based processing require your consent. Agreeing to terms does not replace any separate consent required for these purposes.
Image and audio features may need access to the camera, photo library or microphone. You can change permissions in device settings, which may affect the relevant feature. iOS tracking permission is separate from other privacy choices. You can withdraw consent through available app controls or by contacting the owner. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing carried out beforehand.
5. International processing
Providers may process information outside Andorra, including in the United States, depending on their infrastructure and the app's configuration. International transfers must rely on legally applicable arrangements, such as adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards where required. Contact the owner for information about the recipients and safeguards applicable to a particular app.
6. Retention & deletion
Support correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any applicable legal responsibilities. Purchase records may be needed to verify entitlements and meet legal obligations. Analytics, diagnostic, advertising and AI retention periods depend on the service and the app's configuration.
Firebase documents a 90-day period for certain Crashlytics reports before beginning deletion. OpenAI may retain abuse prevention logs for up to 30 days by default, with exceptions and different periods for stored content or particular services. These are provider-specific examples, not a single retention period covering every app or data type.
To request the applicable retention information or deletion, email the owner with the app name and the minimum information needed to identify your request. Uninstalling an app does not necessarily delete provider-held information and does not cancel subscriptions.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion and, where applicable, restriction, objection and portability, or withdraw your consent, by emailing contact@nanikdev.com. Additional identification will only be requested where necessary and proportionate.
You may also complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA) or another competent supervisory authority.
8. Children & security
Check the age rating and specific conditions of each app. Where a minor's data requires a parent or legal guardian's authorisation, that authorisation is necessary. If you believe a minor has submitted data without the required authorisation, contact the owner so the matter can be reviewed and deletion arranged where appropriate.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive documents in support messages or AI submissions.
9. This website & updates
This informational website does not embed the apps' SDKs, collect data through forms, or include analytics or advertising cookies added by the owner. The hosting provider may process technical access information for website delivery and security. If you email the owner, the information you choose to send will be processed to handle your enquiry.
Updates are published here with a revised date. Material changes requiring further notice or consent must be communicated through the appropriate channels.
